Puya and The Northern Lights Village

Our flight to Rovaniemi in Lapland ran a bit late, so we didn't have a lot of time in the Arctic Museum. Our guide, however, made our short time very enjoyable, and one of my favorite exhibits was that of the wedding outfit of the Sami people. He talked to us about it, and then he told us that some of his friends visited and said that the exhibit was very out of style - the particular outfit was from the 80s and they no longer wear that kind of clothing. I wish I knew what the new style is!
Then the bus took us to the Northern Lights Village. By that time, it was quite cold, and the further into Lapland we got the more snow was on the ground. It was almost as if we were in the movie Frozen!
Our cabin was the furthest from the main reception area, and we had a difficult time finding it at first. When we walked in, we felt as if we were in a tiny house - a luxurious tiny house. It was a one-room cabin, complete with a fairly large bathroom, small kitchen area, two twin beds, and a large window that faced north.
