Promontory Point

Since we have been Promontory Point and I wrote about it in 2013, I am not going to repeat myself.  Woody found it very fun, however.

It was still an interesting place to go, and I know a little boy who would have loved it!  One thing has changed - the Morton Thiokol plant is now owned by Northrup Grumman.  As we were leaving, a huge puff of smoke went up, and Don is sure they were testing a jet engine.  The wind carried the cloud down the valley, and all we could think of was what the people who lived in the valley were breathing!
