Fishing

One of Katie's favorite activities is fishing.  She has been very patient on this trip, as we have not had great places to fish (though both she and I were drooling as we passed some gorgeous fly-fishing streams.)

Finally last night we arrived at the Tusona Wilderness Camp.  It is right on a little creek, and it sounded like a beautiful place to stay.  Beautiful yes.  Mosquitoes, yes!  This is the first place where we have really had bad mosquitoes.  Rather than eat our meatloaf outside, we stayed inside, and we did not have the planned campfire.

This morning, Katie decided to try her hand at fishing for grayling.  Within thirty minutes she caught four small fish, but she released them all.  It wasn't about keeping them . . . it was about catching them!
